Hello again everyone. These hot days ain't nothing to play with. If you have to be out in this heat, please be safe. Drink your fluids and take a break every now and then.
Also, at the time of this writing, our parish is under a "Burn Ban." Ya'll, please, please, don't work our fire fighters to death. As hot and dry as it's been the last few weeks, just a small spark, or cigarette butt, can cause great damage. Please adhere to the "Burn Ban."
Schools are back in session full swing. It's amazing how time is just a flying by. In just a couple weeks or so it will be time for High School Football. So, don't forget to get out and support your local team.

Lawrence Creek Missionary Baptist Church at 28608 James Creel Road Franklinton will have revival August 17th - 21st . Service times are: Monday thru Thursday starts at 7:00 pm each night. On Friday night, the service will start at 6:30 pm with an extra 30 minutes of singing before preaching.
The visiting minister will be Eld. Stephen Bush. The church and Pastor, Eld. Duane Ball, invite you to attend.
