Longtime Washington Parish Director of Finance and Personnel Donna Graham was honored on Monday of this week with a retirement reception at the courthouse in Franklinton. She served as Director of Finance and Personnel for 15 years, and before that she was the Director of Finance for the Washington Parish Scchool Board.
In addition, for almost 20 years Mrs. Graham was The Era-Leader’s photographer for the Franklinton High School Demon football team.
