Shirley Goodman, 89, a resident of the Franklinton Community passed away Friday morning December 19, 2025.
She very much enjoyed reading, knitting and crocheting. Shirley loved spending time with her grandkids. She often watched the news and her favorite show “90 Day Fiancée.”

Children: Jeanne Percle, Denise McNabb, Cherry and Robert Melton, George Trosclair, Jr., Angele Hepting, Michele Trosclair, Darren and Roxanne Trosclair
Step-children: Beth Goodman, Shelley Grubb, Jessica Goodman
Brother: Brian Cherry
Also many Grandchildren, Great-grandchildren, Great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her sons in law, Terry Percle, Sr. and Joey Hepting, Sr., and her siblings, Katherine Hidalgo, Frank Cherry, Jr., and Joseph Cherry.
The family was served by Crain Funeral Home of Franklinton.
