The G.R.I.T.S. girls celebrated in October with a Halloween costume extravanza in Amite, La., at Mike's Catfish Restaurant with Ann Hingle as our hostess. Our October birthday ladies were Linda Corkern and Nellie Smith. Sharyn Lobell gave our prayer for our many prayer requests and the blessing for our food. Door prize winners were Sue Macias, Lorell Morris, Sharyn Lobell and Sue Burch.
