March 2nd, 1985 - April 27, 2025
Stepheny Victoria Peters (Sauvan), of Neenah,WI, died in the early morning hours of April 27th, 2025. Her death was sudden and unexpected. Her family, friends, and children will forever mourn her loss and question what happened that morning. Stepheny left us too early, leaving a void that will never be filled. Stepheny had many close friends, co-workers, and clients who remember her fondly as being extremely dedicated, warm hearted, hardworking, relatable, compassionate, intelligent, and funny. Whether it was care giving, horsemanship, nursing, or building friendships Stepheny always gave 100 percent. She made everyone she encountered feel included and loved. Those who were close to Stepheny remember her hilarious sense of humor and her intuitive ability to say exactly what you needed to hear at exactly the right time.
Stepheny was highly intelligent, holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a self-taught expertise in Equine Science. In addition, she held a degree in Veterinary Science from LSU. The world we live in is tough and sadly Stepheny let this world take her light. We know she had the ability to be successful at anything but left this Earth before having the opportunity to reach her dreams. Though it is cliché, you never know what someone is going through. We are all so fragile and we must remember this.
There will never be another person like her. She is irreplacable to her children, her family, her friends, and all those lives who were blessed to have been touched by her. We are all still in disbelief that she is gone. Though we must announce to the world we've lost her we still don't want to. Our beautiful child, our beautiful sister, our beautiful wife, our beautiful friend. We will always miss you and always love you.
Stepheny is preceded in death by her Great Grandmother Victoria Zaremba, Grandmother Stella Straz, Grandfather Jerome Straz, Grandmother Fern Alma Stauff Peters, Grandfather Bruno Joseph Peters, and various aunts and uncles. She is survived by her three sons Roman Abdollahi-Rad, Jordan Abdollahi-Rad, and Levi Abdollahi-Rad, their father Aaron Abdollahi-Rad, her husband Eric Sauvan, her mother Linda Peters, her stepmother Carrie Monroy, her Father Dr. Stephen Peters, her sisters Marhya Molepske and Breanne Alvarado, her brother Braeden Peters, her stepbrother Miguel Monroy, and various other uncles, aunts, cousins, and nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be planned for this fall but has not yet been scheduled. She has had masses offered in her name and is continuously remembered in prayer by the Carmelite order. With much love and a sad but grateful heart we would like to thank all the friends and loved ones who have shown their support during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers please donate to Angels Grove Ranch & Horse Rescue in Bush, LA.
