Pine Junior High defeats Franklinton Junior High in football

The Franklinton Junior High Falcons football team dropped a close, hard fought game against the Pine Junior High Raiders last Tuesday in Demon Stadium. After the dust settled the Falcons were on the wrong end of a 16-14 score, placing them behind the Raiders in the standings for the parish junior high championship game.

FHS Demons suffer big loss to Denham Springs

The Franklinton Demons football team dropped a game against the 5A Denham Springs Yellow Jackets last Friday on the road, 53-28. The loss drops the Demons record to 1-3 on the season with one game to go before district action begins.

Game of the Week - Hammond 3-0 at Fontainebleau 2-1. I've seen both of these teams play and they both have solid rushing offenses. Hammond has a very good back and Fontainebleau can run the ball as well as pass efficiently. With all the running that will likely occur this game will probably get over in a hurry, so don't be late.

FHS Demons drop a heartbreaker to Fontainebleu

The Franklinton Demons football team took one on the chin last Friday as they fell to Fontainebleu in a heartbreaker, 22-21. The Demons’ record now stands at 1-2 on the season. The Demons will travel to Denham Springs this Friday. The Yellow Jackets got by the Demons last season 26-20.
