I had the pleasure of attending the Council on Aging Annual Senior Citizen Picnic on April 21st. It was one of the most relaxing times that I have had in a while, considering a recent life-changing experience that I’m adjusting to.

It’s Spring Break time for many of our schools in the parish. This time of the year a break is much needed since state testing will begin this month, for our students. Our administrators, faculty, staff and students deserve this time to rejuvenate themselves as they continue to strive for success.
