The U.S. Marshals Service New Orleans Office contacted the WPSO Drug Task Force on November 28, with information about the whereabouts of West. West was wanted in Arkansas on multiple charges, including illegal narcotics violations, theft, and was also a registered sex offender who had crossed state lines.
