The Washington Parish Council most recently met on Monday, September 11. In the absence of Council Chairman Shawn Rice, Vice Chairman Joe Culpepper presided. Prior to the prayer, the council and all present shared in a moment of silence in remembrance of the anniversary of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.
