Two local high school juniors will soon take a weeklong, all-expenses-paid trip to Washington, D.C., sponsored by Washington-St.Tammany Electric Cooperative (WSTE).
Gavin Bernard and Winston Smith, both students at Franklinton High School, will be taking the trip to the nation’s capital.
