District Attorney Warren Montgomery reports that on Wednesday of this week a Washington Parish grand jury indicted Shannon Brady Polkey, 53 of Franklinton of 2 counts of first-degree rape, victim under 13; 1 count sexual battery, victim under 13; and 1 count of failure to register as a sex offender.
