Parade opens 2025 Washington Parish Fair

The 2025 Washington Parish Fair started off on the right foot Wednesday morning with the traditional Fair Parade taking place in pleasant Fall temperatures. Although it got hotter later in the day, during the parade itself the weather felt fine. Shown above are members of the JROTC at Franklinton High School as they marched in the parade.

The Main Stage at the Washington Parish Fairgrounds is easily one the most recognizable landmarks. Countless members of school bands and support groups, local schools of dance and choral members have performed on the stage.
