The April 17 meeting of the Winterset Club was held at the Varnado Store Museum Annex.
The club members enjoyed a delicious meal of chicken salad and sopapilla cheesecake prepared by hostesses, Janet Breland and Delores Smith.
Prior to the meal, Sarah Cook, candidate for Parish President, was introduced and her campaign goals were stated.
Plans for upcoming club activities were discussed during the business portion of the meeting. The door prize was won by Brenda Locke.
