The month of July has been a busy one thus far. Celebrations of life for both the living and those who have passed away. I have attended birthdays, cookouts, funerals and repasses within the last two weeks. Such is the cycle of life and all that it encompasses. In the midst of it all we still have so much to be Thankful to God for. Life is precious and our ability to help those that are mourning the loss of a loved one is ever so needed. Let us continue to come to the aid of those near and far through prayer and good deeds. Strive to be the reason that somebody smiles today.

Reflections:
*On Sharing: My container gardening has produced a bountiful harvest of cherry tomatoes and bell peppers. As I mentioned before, this is my first time planting since 2022 and it has provided me with a lot of Joy.
Part of my Joy is “Sharing”. Several people have been the recipients of this harvest. The feedback from them on how much they enjoyed the flavor in salads, sandwiches and just “popping them in their mouths” makes me happy. It truly is better to give than to receive (Acts 20:35).
