Father’s Day is Sunday/June 21st. Remember to honor them in a special way by showing them how much you appreciate them. There are those of us who rely on people to be “Father-Figures” in our lives for a variety of reasons. What matters most is that we take the time to spend some time with them on this Father’s Day Holiday and beyond. ***Honor thy “Father” and thy Mother...(Exodus 20:12)
*The Live Oak UMC will host a reception in Honor of Rev. August & Rev. Moses, as they complete their assignment to the Angie-Charge on Sunday, June 21st beginning @ 8:30am. We thank God for them previously coming out of retirement to answer the call to serve their community.
*Mt. Zion MBC (Varnado) has Vacation Bible School in session from June 16th-18th from 5:30pm-7:30pm. There are classes for all ages.

*On Following -Through:
*My 16 year old granddaughter invited me to attend her church in Gulfport with her recently. I readily accepted with joy and surprise. In the days prior to my visit, she sent texts explaining what I could expect, which was a delight for me.
Well this past weekend I drove to the MS Coast to follow-through on the plans with my granddaughter and it was nothing short of amazing. In addition, my daughter, grandson and friend(s) attended a church musical & had lunch together. Also, my oldest granddaughter and I celebrated her birthday in Ocean Springs on Saturday as well. I truly am so Grateful to God for supplying me with the strength to participate in my family’s gatherings and celebrations. #Relationships
