I hope everyone is doing well. To say it’s been hot is an understatement. I’m looking forward to the season of Autumn and some cooler temperatures. In the meantime, stay as cool as possible, stay hydrated and keep smiling.

Reflections:
On Building Relationships: While surfing the internet one evening, I saw a flier that a church had posted about an activity. They were inviting anyone/everyone to walk & pray. I’m usually not in Bogalusa early on a Saturday morning but, as fate would have it, I was. I went to the walking track (after running my errand) and the group was indeed walking. They stopped for a moment to greet me after I announced why I was there. I joined right in and began walking. I felt so welcomed. After completing our walk, we stopped to pray. You had the choice to pray out loud or listen and meditate while others prayed. I did both. This encounter was such a help to me because I was blessed to meet new people and share in a common goal and for this I am grateful. *Continue to love one another more and more each day, GPigott*
