Hello Everyone! It’s Fair-Time and I hope you all have a safe, fun time!
*The Angie Branch Library is finally under active renovation. I can hardly wait for the “Grand Opening”. In the meantime, the Washington Parish Library is asking us to complete the Angie Community Survey (https://bit.ly/AngieBranch) to share what services we would like to see more of in the library. The Angie Branch is tentatively scheduled to open in January 2027.

Reflections:
On Open Windows & Doors: I don’t know how many people still like to do this but, I like to “air my home out” when the weather permits it. The weather on Sunday was perfect for this. While sitting in my recliner, I was able to enjoy a light breeze from my open window on my right and my screen door on my left.
After being cooped up inside my home this summer fighting the extreme heat, I welcomed the coolness. I’m also grateful that my air conditioner unit is getting a much needed rest.
I realize that as time moves on it will eventually become cold but, I’m going to savor every moment of this beautiful, cool Autumn weather.
***Take Care Everyone, GPigott***
