This heat has been relentless to say the least and because of this my daughter reminds me constantly to “Stay Hydrated”. I didn’t realize how important being hydrated was until I had an encounter with being “Dehydrated”. I had the misconception that if I’m not active and/or perspiring I couldn’t become dehydrated but, in actuality all that’s needed is for me to not take in enough fluids.
The following are “3 tips to stay hydrated” (via Google search): Drink before you're thirsty; Drink water throughout the day and Eat water-rich fruits and vegetables. Stay healthy and enjoy life everyone!
