Recently I had the opportunity to return to my former church (Macedonia MBC), in Ocean Springs MS, for a “Prayer Breakfast” on March 18th. I was one of the speakers for the Girl’s Auxiliary organization (ages 9-18 yrs.), who hosted this program. The theme for this event was: Women of the Bible and I spoke on Hannah: The Promise Keeper. It was a morning filled with good food and joyous fellowship. Getting to see many that I hadn’t seen in years and feeling the mutual love between us was priceless. It’s good to be able to go back to a place and be welcomed.

•First Missionary Baptist Church (FMBC Varnado):
*Saturday, March 25th was a day of service and giving back to the community for the members of FMBC. They gave invitations, smiles, food, car washes and Love freely and for free. All one had to do was accept the invitation and come. I for one accepted the invitation and was blessed by the experience. I was delighted to see so many children directly involved. My vehicle was washed by about 6-10 pairs of adult and children’s hands…those little hands were special. Thank you FMBC! #TrainUpAChild…

*I was in attendance at the “Tall Cop” High in Plain Sight: Current Drug Trends Training, that was held on March 24, 2023. The Instructor/Trainer for this session was Officer Jermaine Galloway. This training made me as a community member to be more aware of what’s available (unregulated) in gas stations and/or retail stores in our communities. For additional information please visit Officer Jermaine Galloway’s "Tall Cop Says Stop" Website at: www.tallcopsaysstop.com.
