Happy New Year! Hello there again. I'm glad to be alive in this 2023 New Year. God is a good God, he feeds us, clothes us each and everyday.
Along the way, I know many have not seen me in the paper much. Its been just like popcorn, from one thing after another. Here came Covid-19 it had came to visit me for a long time. Thank God I wasn't in the hospital with it, but I was in my own home, jail, doing all of he holidays, but still gave God his praise because I am still here in this 2023 New Year.
I have been asking for your help, if you have something good to let the communities know about please send it to me. I know Facebook is a better way to find out things, but some people still want to read the paper and find out about what is happening around the community.
We are going to miss Rev. Bruce Brown on the Saturday morning Radio and Rev. James Bickham on Sunday nights. We will miss all of that good old music that they played for us. It always filled our souls with the good spirit and always kept us going for that day, and letting us know about all of the communication going on. We thank God for all the many years for keeping the public informed and with their happy spirit that made it better. That's what I been trying to do all of my life, to make people laugh, be happy, and help others. As of right now I am still working on my health. Just keep praying for me, I thank you so much.
A special prayer list to those who lost loved ones, those who are ill, in hospitals, and homebound. Merrell family, Burkhalter family, Sylvia Brown Burkhalter family, Lisa Tate family, Wilson family, Harvery family, and the Magee's family.
