Mr. Hayward Partman handed down a piece of the past to his nephew, Terry Partman. A pair of 50+ year old hand clippers, used by barbers in the early 1900's. Terry, who owns and operates Razorsharp Barbershop here in Franklinton, plans to keep them as a family heirloom and one day pass them down to his son, who is also a barber.
