Enon Baptist Church will be having a Movie Night on the Levee June 9th. This will be a fundraiser for the Youth going to Camp Fuego. The movie will be Jesus Revolution and breakfast food will be served at 5:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall, with the movie following. It wouldn’t be a movie experience without the popcorn! That will be served during the movie. We hope you will join us!
EBC will be having VBS “Keeper of the Kingdom” on the following Wednesdays this summer: June 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th. 5:30 will be dinner, then 6 pm to 8 pm is VBS. I know everyone is excited about VBS this year! We had a good turn out last week and can’t wait for this week! If you would like to volunteer and/or bring your kiddos, we would love to have you! Children in Action will not meet during the month of June. Items needed for Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes are: wash cloths, Kleneexes, combs, soaps, socks, shipping cost is $9 per box, and if you would like to have them do the Greatest Journey, it is an extra $7. The Washington Parish Food Bank needs canned vegetables, grits, macaroni and cheese, peanut butter, dried beans, juices, and boxed rice sides.

The Summer Reading Program for the Enon Library is in full swing. Be sure to stop by and check out a book or two. The Reading Program was always my favorite growing up and I made sure my girls participated as much as possible. I know the librarians will be excited to see your smiling faces!
