I hope you all had a wonderful Easter Break. We spent Easter Sunday at church, then with our families for lunch and supper. It was a great day worshiping our Risen Savior and spending time with family, relaxing. Family is extremely important to me, and I am thankful for each and every member. I hope you were able to spend quality time with your family and friends.
Enon Baptist Church had a fabulous Sunrise service and morning worship. The children sang and let me tell you, those kids love to sing and worship. Brother Lenny Stephens brought the message, as Brother Chris was out sick. If you are looking for a church home, you are more than welcome to come worship with us at Enon. The Annual Block Party will be on April 30th from 10 am to 2 pm. We have met about half of our Annie Armstrong Easter Offering goal so far. Blessing of Food will be April 23rd. The Washington Parish Food Bank is asking for donations of canned vegetables, dried beans, grits, juices, boxed rice sides, macaroni and cheese, and peanut butter. Operation Christmas Child needs $15 for shipping, wash clothes, soap, combs, socks, toothbrushes, Kleenexes, and coloring books. We are accepting Box Tops for Education, Community Coffee coupons, and aluminum can tabs for the Ronald McDonald House.
Happy birthday to my husband James, my daughter Annalise, one of our awesome teachers Chelsey Hammons, Jill Richardson Hickman, and Erica Polk.

Make sure you sign your kids up for the Summer Reading Program. There will be a variety of shows for kids and adults alike this summer, so be sure to ask about them. Have a great week!
