If you are on Facebook and have not seen the new page called "History of Mt Hermon, LA", you may want to look it up. Mr. Calvin Simmons, who was raised in Mt. Hermon, shares Era Leader articles from the past that are all about those who live or have lived in Mt. Hermon. Many of the articles are also from The Bogalusa Enterprise American and dates back over 100 years ago. It's all very interesting and a great way to learn about the history of our community and ancestors.
