Greetings once again! Folks, I believe summer is here! The temperature has been in the 80's and will be climbing higher in the days to come. I'm about to get adjusted to Daylight Savings Time. The days are getting longer.
Congratulations to all our graduates. They have spent years to get where they are now and they have many more years to hopefully build a happy and productive life for themselves. Some will go to college, while others will be applying for jobs in order to make a living. We join together wishing the best for them.
To all our young people, "You can do anything you set your mind to". Just remember that if you put God in your life, everything else will fall in its proper place.
Happy birthday to London Ladner who turned 6 years old on May 11th. He is as cute as a button with those pretty blonde curls. One day he was talking with me and generously gave me a peek of his favorite candy. He warmed up to me right away and I thought he was so sweet.
Fame Miller and girls enjoyed their visit with Fame's mom, Mrs. Vera of Lockport during the recent spring break.

The students and teachers have been counting the days 'til the beginning of summer vacation. The last day for the students is Friday May 20th and May 23rd for the teachers. Come on everyone, we can do this only two more days for students plus one more for the teachers.
By the way, I haven't gotten over picking up those limbs. I still have sore muscles and not to mention all those ant hills I had. My movements have been slower, getting up and down, and my grunts are louder as well, but in time I should be back to my ole sweet self.
Please pray for the sick, shut-in and breaved.
Thought for the week! "The best way to cheer your own self up is to try to cheer someone else up."- Mark Twain
Have a blessed and safe week and don't forget to SMILE! Prayerfully Nell. Shout out to my greatest assistant.
