This Works
Place a sheet of Bounty paper towel in an open bag of salad mix will stop the lettuce from turning brown. The paper towel will absorb the moisture.
Try This
Cook a turkey with… Wash the turkey, place it in a plastic oven bag, pour half a can of Coke over the turkey, and close the bag. During the last hour of cooking, split the bag open to give the turkey a nice caramel brown. The coke will provide the salt, so there’s no need to add any.
