Hello Everyone, I want to begin my article this week with a very special and personal tribute for Black History Month for my grandmother, Mrs. Emily Elizabeth (Young) Moses. She is a proud native and life-long resident of Washington Parish and the oldest of seven born to Samuel and Clara Young.
