I hope you all are having a wonderful Mardi Gras week. We were supposed to be out of town this week, so we hadn’t been to a parade yet. We did go to the Pepe Parade and really enjoyed ourselves on Sunday. Lots of throws and was able to see lots of friends. I am hoping for a relaxing week, get all those doctor appointments in since we are off, and maybe do some cleaning.

Some needs for VBS are empty square tissue boxes and empty toilet paper or paper towel rolls. My daughter Gracie has been given the opportunity to do a mission internship in Ireland with a mission group called Serge this summer. This is an amazing opportunity, we would appreciate any and all prayers.

Our Enon Elementary School Kindergarten students learned about Louisiana culture. They made parade floats, ate king cake, and paraded to class. We celebrated Dr. Seuss Day on Friday and the outfits/costumes were amazing. The 4th and 6th grade students were able to learn more about American History from Mr. Al who came to discuss life during that time, the soldiers, items that they used. We thank you Mr. Al!
Congrats to Mr. Homer and Mrs. Kristal Provost our Staff and Teacher of the month! 5th grade students completed a map project using fractions in Math class. We had a guest speaker with the NED Show this past week.
