We are ready for the Washington Parish Free Fair and the cool weather used to come with it at my house. I have felt “sneak peeks” of the cool breezes, but I am totally ready for the cool temps. Our students are also counting down the days until Fair Time. I am looking forward to visiting with friends and family I haven’t seen in a while, Mile Branch, the music and FOOD that we usually get only once a year.
We observed the Lord’s Supper this past Sunday at Enon Baptist Church. Brother Richards Kellar was our Gideon guest speaker.
There will be no Children in Action on October 7th. If you are interested in joining our Young Adult Sunday School Class (ages 18-35) please let Brother Chris, Ron Sharp, or Gracie Thigpen know.
Condolences to the family of Stevie DuPre.
