Summer vacation for teachers and students will soon come to a close. Hope your summer, vacationing, relaxing, or whatever you did was good. The time went fast. The ole saying is - time flies when you are having fun. So I guess we've been living it up. Ha! Ha! Only 8 more days till school starts, August 5th.
Birthday Celebration: My son Bryan Alford was honored with a birthday lunch held at his daughter Jennifer Watkins home. Also helping Bryan to celebrate was his daughter Breanna Graham her children Alaya and Calem; Jason and Jennifer and children Emily, Emmitt and Ava, Jennifer Furr and son Sammy. I made him his favorite cake, a carrot cake. It was good being with the grandchildren.
