FHS defeats Lakeshore to move record to 5-1

The Franklinton Demons football team took a huge step toward securing the district championship and solidifying a playoff spot as well last Friday when they took an exciting 35-28 win over the Lakeshore Titans. The win moves the Demons’ overall record to 5-1 and 1-0 in district.

Pine opens district action with big win over Albany

The Pine Raiders football team travelled to Albany for their district opener last Thursday and came away with a relatively easy 48-0 win over the Hornets. The Raiders move their record to 5-1 overall and 1-0 in district. The Raiders will host the 4-2 Amite Warriors this Thursday in the Raider Dome.
