At least one 17 year old Instagram user didn't experience a social media outage this week. Sgt. Trey Johnson of the Franklinton Police Department didn't experience an outage either, which led him to conduct a search warrant based on a local Instagram user's social media post showcasing a sizeable amount of money from drug sales.
