More than 300 youngsters at Sheriff's unity summer camp

Between Tuesday, July 15, and Thursday, July 17, over 300 children from across Washington Parish came together at Pine High School for the Washington Parish Sheriff’s 2025 Unity Youth Camp. In its first year, the camp was an obvious success, drawing young participants from every section of the parish.

The Pine Raiders baseball team won one and lost one against Bogalusa last week. The Raiders soundly defeated the Lumberjacks, 14-4 on April 1 at home before the Jacks slipped by them on Thursday, 7-6.
