A rural Franklinton man was arrested last Friday on charges that he assaulted a woman at his residence on Highway 25 north.
Jaspen Antonio Robinson, 31, was picked up in New Orleans by Louisiana State Police troopers and deputy U.S. Marshals on a warrant drawn by the Washington Parish Sheriff’s Office.
