Fred Spears Jr., 73, a resident of Franklinton passed away late Thursday night March 10, 2022 at St. Tammany Parish Hospital. He was a 1966 graduate of Franklinton High School before obtaining a degree in Radiology. Fred served the residents of Washington Parish as an X-Ray technician at Riverside Medical Center for over 40 years.
