Stop by Schillings Farm and Market for some delicious Washington Parish watermelons, grown on their family farm, for only $12. Their hours this week are: Thursday from 4 PM to 8 PM, Friday from 1 PM to 8 PM. They will be closed Saturday, July 4th, then open Sunday 1-6 PM.
Triple P Fireworks is just the place to go! They are located at 37466 Hwy. 38, about 3 miles from Brook’s going towards Clifton. The Painter family looks forward to seeing everyone!
Silver Creek Campground will begin their 4th of July celebration on Thursday, July 2nd, 6:30-8:30 PM, with Bingo games. Only $5 per person for non-campers. Friday night, you can hear live music from The Dean King Band. Free for campers, and only $10 for non-campers. Saturday, July 4th, they will have a bouncy water slide all day and various activities throughout the day, and ending the day with a fireworks display! Sunday morning, Pastor Hunter Chatman will lead a non-denominational service from 9-10 AM. It is sure to be a weekend of good food, good vibes, fireworks, and fun!
Mt. Hermon United Pentecostal Church welcomes all to join us this Sunday for “Freedom Sunday”! We will be celebrating faith, family, and freedom this Sunday morning at 10 AM for worship service. After church, there will be hamburgers, hot dogs, and homemade ice cream. Wear your red, white, and blue and let’s celebrate freedom together in faith, fellowship, and fun!
