Greetings to all of you! For all mothers out there, I pray you had a blessed Mother's Day and were honored by your children.
Mother's Day weekend I wasn't feeling well and was not able to be at church. I wasn't up to driving. Bryan took me out for lunch at Bourne's. I was happy to see several friends there and enjoyed my time with Bryan. I'm still not feeling my best. I can't remember not going to church on Mother's Day. I'm happy to still be around, but my body is weakening faster than I like. By the way many of my friends are right there with me. Right! Ha! Ha!
I sure do miss giving my mom a hug and telling and showing her how much I love her. I'm so thankful for all the things she taught me and the sweet memories and how she was always concerned with my well-being. She had a good sense of humor. If you asked her for advice or an opinion, she will tell you and maybe more than you wanted to know. I miss my mom so much especially when I'm feeling down and out.
