February is Love Month! Love is a small word with only four letters, but has much meaning. For some people it is a daily thing to show love; on the other hand there are those that don’t know the meaning of love and never show love to others. First of all, God loved us and sent His only begotten Son, Jesus. In return we are to show love to others.
Valentine’s Day is Saturday, February 14th; that’s only three days away. This is a special time to remember that special someone in your life. They would love to get chocolate, flowers, and a beautiful card that expresses your love to them. A nice outing is special, also. Whatever you choose to do, make it special. Happy Valentine’s Day to you. Hope you have a blessed day. By all means, show love to others, it doesn’t cost anything to tell someone they are special and loved.
I recently subbed for Ms. Jennifer Burch’s first grade and Ms. Tracy Edwards’s Pre-K. The students were good most of the time, with the exception of a couple Pre-K students who werenot happy to be at school. Some of them adjust better than others; by the way they are just four years old and have a difficult time away from their mom. Some of them can say the cutest things. One little boy told me he wanted to come home with me.
My friend Margierite Lapani was happy to have several of her friends visit with her. She loves that special attention. When I talk with her she loves to share with me how her day has been. We have lots of good laughs.
Several of my friends talked about the recent Hew Haw held at the Mt. Hermon Pentecostal Church. Lots of laughter was enjoyed that Sunday night. I thank you for a fun time and fellowship that followed.

Please pray for those who are sick and those who lost beloved ones. During the extremely cold weather, check on the elderly in your community. There are those who live alone and have no family living by them. They will be grateful that you came by or called them on the phone.
Thought for the week! It is more blessed to give than to receive.
I look forward to visiting with you next week. Until then, take care of yourself and your family.
Have a blessed week. Prayerfully, Nell.
