Greetings once again to all my faithful readers. Hopefully you are doing good.One thing for sure, we had lots of rain over the past several days. We do know the rain from the heavens is important, but once everything is soaked, we desire to have sunny days, we are not in control of the weather, so therefore we will leave that to the Lord. He knows what we need and how much we need. Amen.
Bryan brought in some fresh yellow squash from Chris and they were yummy. What I’m looking for is a homegrown delicious tomato. The tomatoes in the stores have been really expensive. Matter of fact, I have paid over two dollars for one tomato. Other vegetables are also expensive.
Talking about prices, what about the gas these days? Every two or three days they change ten cents or more per gallon. Let’s face it, the more you ride, the more costly the riding in a vehicle will be. No, I can’t get a bicycle, because I probably couldn’t ride it. My legs aren’t strong enough to pedal. Many of you would also be in the same situation. Ha! Ha!

We have several prayer needs in our church family. Mrs. Barbara Kerbow is home recuperating from knee replacement. Gary Stubbs is home after a ten day stay in the hospital having open-heart surgery. He is doing good. Continue to pray for them, as well as Mrs. Valerie Goings. They have all been missed at church. Our love is sent out to you along with get well greetings.
