Greetings to all my faithful readers out there. I hope this finds you doing well and keeping cool. The temperature has already gotten to 100. You can say it is definitely summer time.
The older I get, things happen before I realize it. The other day, I was mowing by the fence, which I always do, every time I mow. Before I knew what was happening, the mower was hung up in the barbed wire fence. I couldn’t go backward or forward. The fence must have gotten in my way. Ha! Ha! I was a good distance from the house and now I had to walk home. By this time I was hot and plenty aggravated. When I got home, my legs were like wet noodles. Now, getting up the nerve to tell Bryan what I did. I just knew he was going to be angry, but he wasn’t, thank the Lord. After supper, he pulled the lawn mower out of the fence. I was relieved.

Congratulations to a special young lady, Jaslyn Miller, who graduated from high school. She received her diploma from University View Academy. Later her parents, Jason and Fame Miller, honored her with a graduation party held at their home in the Mt.Pisgah community. I was privileged to be invited. Family and friends attending were her sister Alyssa Sullivan with Deacon and Adelyn, sister Faith, and parents. Also attending were her grandparents Vera and Buzz Sauerwin, Randi with Ms. Debra and Issac, Cherie, Rusty, Raegan, Russell, Cory, Rebekah, Jett, Kinsley, Kendal, Greg, Max, Mr. Kelly, and Mrs. Misty. The main attraction was the fabulous water slide. All enjoyed a variety of good foods, decorated cake, chit chat, and a competitive arm wrestling match that evening. By the way, Jaslyn plans to continue her education at Southwest Mississippi Community College.
I look forward to visiting with you next week. Take care. Keep on smiling.
Prayerfully, Nell
