Well folks, we've made it through September. We are still hanging on to the heat, but surely cooler weather is on it's way. October is only two days away and I know what is on the minds of many, the Fair. October is always a very busy month and the next two months, November and December will be busy as well. After that, 2026 will be history.
I'm still mowing grass and picking up limbs. Often I see people out mowing grass in the heat of the day. My time to go out is 5:30 pm or 6:00 pm and mow til dark. By the way, the days are getting shorter. It's already getting dark earlier than usual.
