Writer says tax breaks for solar projects much be opposed by citizens

Another two solar companies got ITEP approval from the state of Louisiana to establish themselves in Washington Parish.
Now our parish council must vote to approve those exemptions so that these companies can be excused from paying their fair share of property taxes.
