Richie H. Neal, 86, a resident of the Enon Community passed away Thursday night November 4, 2021 at his home. He was born in New Orleans on July 24, 1935 to the late Steve and Grace Neal. Richie attended Mandeville High School and later served his community in the National Guard for 14 years.
