A cloudy sky disappointed many would-be eclipse viewers in the Franklinton area early Monday afternoon. After literally weeks of heavy anticipation, the eclipse was mostly hidden by the clouds. In the photo shown above, that looks like the moon but it’s the sun being partially obscured by the moon.
