Louisiana state legislators convened the 2nd Extraordinary Session focused on crime issues Monday of this week. Governor Jeff Landry addressed members of the House, Senate and statewide elected officials in an opening address setting the tone for the 17-day session which must end no later than 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6th.
