Arthur Wayne Martin, 67, a resident of Thomas died Monday night October 18, 2021 at Riverside Medical Center. He worked in construction and was a talented carpenter and “jack-of-all-trades”, as he built barns and remodeled houses for many people through the years. Wayne also worked for several years with the Bogalusa Housing Authority.
