This past Wednesday, Judge William H. Burris sentenced 32-year-old Corey Nauck, Sr. of Folsom to life in prison for the first degree murder of Nauck’s 7-month-old son, Carter Nauck. In March, a St. Tammany jury convicted Nauck on the murder charge at the conclusion of a four-day trial, as reported earlier in The Era-Leader.
