Demons fall to salmen, face pearl river next

The Franklinton Demons football team lost to the Salmen Spartans last Friday night 39-14 in Demon Stad’ium. The loss drops the Demons’ overall record to 3-6 and their district record to 0-2. The Demons will travel to play the Rebels of Pearl River this Friday. The game with the Rebels will have major playoff implications for both teams.

FJHS Falcons pick up nice win over varnado

The Franklinton Junior High Falcons football team recently played the Varnado Wildcats and came out on the good side of a 22-0 victory which kept Coach Andy Creel and his Falcons in contention for the Washington Parish Junior High Championship to be held later this month at Varnado.

FJHS defeats Mt Hermon to stay in contention for championship

The Franklinton Junior High Falcons defeated the Mt Hermon Yellow Jackets last Tuesday evening, 30-0. This continues to keep the Falcons in contention for the Washington Parish Junior High Championship which will be played later this month at Varnado.
