I had the privilege of attending the Highway Dedication Ceremony in memory of “Lt. Brian Anthony Nichols” on Monday, September 12.
The state of Louisiana named Highway 21 from the entrance of Rayburn Correctional Center (RCC) to the Louisiana-Mississippi state line the “Lt. Brian Anthony Nichols “Lt. Nic” Memorial Highway.
