One of the highlights of the Franklinton Christmas Parade this past Saturday night was the WST-Electric truck decked out in holiday lights. The parade was part of a weekend full of Christmas sights and sounds. The Franklinton Christmas Festival, Pioneer Christmas at Mile Branch Settlement, and the Varnado Store Museum Christmas Festival in the Commercial Building at the Fairgrounds were all termed to be “a success” by organizers. The Franklinton Christmas Parade rolled along the traditional parade route Saturday evening in front of a large and appreciative crowd of spectators.
